Can I use my own lock?

No.  We require all tenants to use the disc locks we provide.  However, we all locks/keys are new and we do not hold any master keys.  We do charge a $25 lock fee for newly rented units but the lock is yours to keep if/when you vacate your unit.  If you decide to transfer to one of our other units, you can transfer the lock and you will not be charged a second lock fee. 

How do I rent a unit?

Just visit our Rent Storage page and select an available unit to rent.  If the unit size you want is not available, you can add your name to the waiting list. 

Are your units climate controlled?

We only have four units which are heated and insulated - these are our 12x40 units.   

Is there a minimum rental period?

Our month-to-month leases require a 30 day minimum. 

Do you sell moving supplies?

No, we do not sell any supplies. 

What form of payments can I use?

We do not accept any cash or checks.  You can pay using a credit card, debit card or checking account (we do not accept American Express).  Once you have setup your online account, you can setup recurring billing or you can choose to login each month to make payments. 

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, all units require a security deposit.  For units with rent over $100/month the security deposit is equal to one month's rent.  For units with rent under $100/month the security deposit is $100. 

Do you have any contractor type units?

No, not at this time. 

Do any of your units have water hookups or floor drains?

No.  None of our units have water or floor drains. 

Am I only able to pay my storage bill online?

Yes.  All tenants are required to create an account on our website.  Your online account will house all of your information, billing history, lease agreement, etc.  From your account, you can request a move out, add additional units, request a transfer to a different unit, update your payment method, add tenant protection, and more!  

Do you require credit checks?

No credit checks are required.
